Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation Policy for Themed Experiences We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and preparation that goes into each experience. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled experience will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, are 50% refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. All cancellation and reschedule requests must be made in writing via email or through our booking system.
